Nate Norris, HR operations and HRIS consultant

About

About Nate

I work on the parts of HR that most people only notice when they break. That means processes nobody wrote down, data that doesn't match from one system to the next, compliance gaps, and HR system projects that need someone to sort out the details before go-live.

Here's how I usually work. I start with a review of what you have today: your platforms, who owns them, your controls, and how the work actually flows. Then I map your HR data and processes to where you want to be, flag the gaps, and lead the workshops to design the future state. On a recent Dayforce to Workday project, I reviewed Dayforce integrations, security, and reports to build the data mapping and flag conversion gaps. I also write compliance rules and role access guidelines, and I test systems with the people building them. I explain all of it in plain language so your team can act on it.

I'm based in Ocala, Florida, and I work with clients across Florida and the US.

How I work

A few principles

  • Clear scope

We agree in writing on what gets done and what done looks like.

  • Quiet execution

The work happens in the background. Your client sees a clean result.

  • Document everything

Every engagement ends with documentation your client can keep.

  • Your client, your brand

The relationship stays with your firm.
